By ticking the agreement checkbox and submitting an inquiry, you agree to our full terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to changes, at any time, without notice.

2. Booking a Complimentary Consultation:

3. Requirements:
Clients:

a. provide all necessary information for the initial consultation.
b. may be requested to provide any relevant documentation in relation to their migration status.
c. agree to the documentation review process performed by our registered migration agents (RMAs).

4. Consultation Fee & Duration:

a. The consultation fee is AUD 275 inclusive of GST.
b. Each consultation session is approximately 60 to 90 minutes.

5. Consultation Procedure:
The consultation is performed by our registered migration agents (RMAs). Clients are obliged to provide facts and truthful information of their circumstances to the consultant. During the consultation, the consultant will:

a. collect, analyse, confirm facts or details of your circumstances.
b. assess and provide honest opinions based on the provided information.
c. discuss the Clients’ circumstances and possible migration options.
d. provide an estimated timeline of the migration process.
e. inform the relevant fees involved in the migration process, including visa application fee (VAC), professional service fees, and other fees (if applicable).

6. Post-consultation:

A written detailed advice with recommendations of subsequent steps will be provided to the Clients within 2 business days.

7. Confidentiality of information:

a. VisaEase Immigration Services Pty Ltd and its employees strictly comply with The Australian Privacy Principles (the Privacy Act 1988) to protect all Clients’ information.
b. Clients’ information is collected and used for the purposes of migration counselling and guidance only.

8. Consultation Cancellations:

a. Cancellation:
All cancellations incur a $30 inc. GST administration fee.
b. Lateness:
Your consultation’s duration may be reduced. All clients are encouraged to attend their meetings on-time. No refund or partial refund will be issued for lateness.
c. No-show:
VisaEase Immigration Services Pty Ltd reserves our rights to forfeit the payments made for consultation bookings. No refund or partial refund will be issued for no-shows.
